Getting into shape shouldn’t feel like punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the fun side of fitness, with an emphasis on functionality and variety.  While there will be a sore muscle or two along the way, the fun and increased energy levels you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

Unlike group fitness classes, Personal Training ensures that you receive a program that is 100% focused on you and your personal fitness goals.  We will start with an assessment to determine your fitness goals, discover strengths and weaknesses, and explore what types of exercise make your heart sing.  What I'm saying is that we have options, lots and lots of options.  I will meet you where you are on your fitness journey, even if you haven't started it yet, and we will walk through it together, one step at a time.

Because a stronger core means a stronger you, every workout will have a core element, as well as functional movements for a stronger life outside of the gym. Your heart is a muscle and we will strengthen it too.  So we'll do your body a favor and get your blood pumping! Health and fitness is as much about how your body functions on the inside as how it looks on the outside.  Your body will thank you for it!

Because fitness doesn't happen overnight, I offer discounts to clients who purchase monthly memberships or packages

Monthly Memberships:

  • ​​Once per week (4-5 sessions per month): $70 per session

  • Twice per week (8-9 sessions per month): $65 per session

  • Unused sessions may be carried over to supplement your Monthly Membership.

Ask about the additional benefits that come with memberships.

Individual session:  $75
